Surprise yourself at “Fiesta Sorpresa” in Digos City!

A new dinning place to go to in Digos City is Fiesta Sorpresa, it is one of the place to be when dining is concerned for anyone who is into Pinoy foods.

People from Digos City can now enjoy and have more food choices aside from their usual dining fare which is usually Lechon Manok and barbeque. Which most of the people got to.

You will be surprised how reasonable their foods on their menu are. You can have a Fiesta Tipid Meals for as low a P49.00. And their Sabaw, Pampagana and Lamang Dagat are not that expensive either.

You can try their authentic Ilocano Bagnet, their Sweet and Spicy Wings, Fresh Lumpia, Rellenong Bangus and Sinampalokang Manok. Surely your family and friends would be delighted to try out any on the menu.

I surely did enjoy my short stay at Fiesta Sorpresa, thank to Davao Food Appreciations Tour (DFAT) 20012, I did not know that such a place exist in Digos City. But it is a new place that just opened early this month and mind you I will go back and eat there again.

Thanks to the organizers of DFAT 2012 for the experience:

Cagas’ Bay Walk project in Aplaya, Digos City a big fail!

The Bay Walk join project of Governor Douglas RA Cagas, Congressman Marc Douglas IV Cagas and SP Chairman Mercedes C. Cagas in Aplaya, Digos City is a big failure or just being neglected?

The name of the Cagas is attached to this project which is now as we see in the picture below in a very pity condition.

I was very proud then that a project to make the sea shore in Digos City become a tourist attraction. But sad to say that the Bay Walk is a hazard to those who are visiting the place.

Could it be the fault of the construction firm who made the project? What will the Cagases do with it now? Will they do something to restore the project?

Is this a tax payers money gone to waste again?

What do you think?

Dental Health: Gingivitis causes and treatment!

Gingivitis means inflammation of the gums (gingiva). It commonly occurs because of films of bacteria that accumulate on the teeth – plaque; this type is called plaque-induced gingivitis.

Gingivitis is a non-destructive type of periodontal disease. If left untreated, gingivitis can progress to periodontitis, which is more serious and can eventually lead to loss of teeth.

A patient with gingivitis will have red and puffy gums, and they will most likely bleed when they brush their teeth. Generally, gingivitis resolves with good oral hygiene – longer and more frequent brushing, as well as flossing. Some people find that using an antiseptic mouthwash, alongside proper tooth brushing and flossing also helps.

In mild cases of gingivitis, patients may not even know they have it, because symptoms are mild. However, the condition should be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

Treatment:

A visit to your Dentist every six months for your routine general oral prophylaxis could prevent gingivitis from occurring.
