The local government of Davao City suspended on Tuesday, December 4, classes from kindergarten to high school as typhoon Pablo hits Davao Oriental early this morning and threatens the city with storm signal number 2. Advertising agencies have also rolled down their billboards as early as yesterday as precautionary measure.
Signal number 3 has been raised in Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Province, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Bukidnon, Davao Oriental, Compostela Valley, North Cotabato, Lanao del Sur, Lanao del Norte Misamis Occidental, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur and Davao del Norte including Samal Island, Southern Leyte, Bohol, Negros Oriental, Siquijor and Southern Cebu.
Signal number 2 has been raised Davao del Sur, Sultan Kudarat, Zamboanga Sibugay, Maguindanao, Cebu, Iloilo, Guimaras, Capiz, Leyte and Negros Occidental.
While Storm Signal No 1 has been declared in Basilan, Sarangani, South Cotabato, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Western Samar, Aklan, Antique, Palawan and Masbate
