Another SM Mall is going to rise in Davao City and this time it is going to be twice bigger than the existing SM City Davao in Ecoland. The new mall will rise on the 10-hectare portion of the former Lanang Golf and Country Club, which has been unofficially dubbed as SM North Davao.
The SM North Davao will be twice the size of SM City Davao and will be complemented by a residential project of SM Development Corporation, the residential property developer arm of SM Investments Corporation.
